After a career spent behind-the-scenes of the global food supply chain—from representing meatpacking workers to managing international trade campaigns—she is now applying that deep expertise to the world of decentralized technology.
As the founder of KAISO, Alisa is dismantling the "business as usual" approach to hospitality and supply chains. A partner at her family’s Yucatan hospitality group, RHOSIMCO, and a no-nonsense Web3 builder, she is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between physical labor and digital decentralization.

With a career spanning 25 years across international trade, hospitality, and community development, Alisa is an executive who understands the world’s most complex systems from the ground up. Her unique perspective was forged at the intersection of the global food supply chain and the front lines of workers' rights, where she gained an unfiltered look at food production while representing laborers in the meatpacking industry. KAISO is the culmination of Alisa’s deep-rooted heritage and her future-forward technical expertise. Born into a lineage of Caribbean bakers and restaurateurs, she currently serves as a partner at RHOSIMCO, her family’s hospitality group in Yucatan, Mexico. Over the last seven years, she has bridged the gap between traditional industry and the frontier of Web3. As a non-technical founder with a mastery of Proof of Stake consensus and community architecture, Alisa is leveraging blockchain to solve the systemic challenges she has spent over two decades working to improve. KAISO is more than a company; it is her life’s work realized.
